Rico C. Delgadillo
Vice President of Counseling Programs

Rico C. Delgadillo is a certified Credit and Housing Counselor by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC). Rico has over 20 years of credit and housing counseling experience, serving both English and Spanish speaking communities. Rico joined our team as the Counseling Manager, was promoted to the Director of Counseling, and then promoted once again to the Director of Program Services. He is now the Vice President of Program Services, which includes overseeing all of the counseling and housing partnerships.

Before joining Consumer Credit Counseling Service of San Francisco, Rico held the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Consumer Credit Counseling Service of San Antonio. His vast knowledge comes from time spent in creditor relations, credit and housing counselor, and running a wide range of community service programs. He also served on several NFCC task force committees. Rico's management roles include being the Manager of Employee Development and Training, Director of Customer Service, Vice President of Customer Service and Operations, and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Rico's true passion is directing high-quality, effective counseling programs and he brings his considerable energy and vision to our company.

Abigail Ford
Program Services Manager

Abigail Ford is certified as a Consumer Credit and Housing Counselor by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC). She also holds her certification to conduct HUD approved reverse mortgage counseling. Ms. Ford joined Consumer Credit Counseling Service of San Francisco as a Credit Counselor in 2006 and was promoted to the position of Credit Programs Supervisor in 2007. She was promoted to the position of Program Services Manager in 2010.

Before joining Consumer Credit Counseling Service of San Francisco, Ms. Ford spent three years working in Credit Union operations. Ms. Ford received her B.A in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Meaghan DeLeo
Program Services Supervisor

Meaghan DeLeo is certified by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling as a credit and housing counselor. Prior to joining CCCS of San Francisco she worked as an Office Manager and Tax Preparer for a Financial Planning company in San Ramon, California and has over four years of experience in the financial services industry.

Since joining CCCS of San Francisco, Meaghan has served the agency as a certified credit and housing counselor and spent over two years conducting housing and credit counseling. In 2012 Meaghan was promoted to the position of Program Services Supervisor.

Meaghan received her B.A. in Humanities from the University of San Diego in San Diego, California.

Zoë McGeary
Program Services Supervisor

Zoë McGeary is certified by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling as a credit and housing counselor. Prior to joining CCCS of San Francisco she worked as a credit counselor for Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Western Pennsylvania and has over 8 years of experience in the industry.

Since joining CCCS of San Francisco Zoë has served the agency as a certified credit counselor and spent over five years in the Quality Improvement Department. In 2013 Zoë was promoted to the position of Program Services Supervisor.

Zoë received her B.A. in psychology from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
